Loss of audio connection with e.g. Zoom

Check this solution if you are encountering problems with losing sounddevices in FreeDATA, while running other Apps like Zoom etc.

  1. Hit Start, type and run mmsys.cpl: Screenshot%202024-02-27%20093424

  2. Right click on the sounddevice used for FreeDATA and select Properties: Properties

  3. Make sure that all Exclusive Mode checkboxes are deselected: exclusive%20mode
